Bean 'Lina Sisco's Bird Egg' is a warm taupe with cranberry-colored speckles. The bean is named after Lina Sisco, whose grandmother brought the beans to Missouri in the 1880s. Lina Sisco's Bird Egg is a Missouri family heirloom.
