Pepper 'Hungarian Hot Wax'

Pepper 'Hungarian Hot Wax' has light-yellow to orange-red fruits. They are about 5 inches long and are good for roasting and pickling. This Hungarian heirloom is known for being productive. The peppers can be mild to very spicy depending on when you pick it. Pick this pepper in the yellow-green stage for a milder heat. 

 

Sowing Peppers Seeds:

 

Sow seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/4 inch deep. Transplant the peppers 2 weeks after the last frost date or when there is no hint of frost. Space 15 inches apart. Full sun.
