There is some variation in these seeds. Some are may be white, but the majority is blue.

Sowing Morning Glory Seeds:
 
Nick morning glory seeds and soak overnight. Sow outdoors after the last frost date, 1/4" deep. Or sow indoors 4 weeks early. Full sun.
