Tomato Red Robin is juicy with a fruity flavor that is best picked when ripe. Like House, Red Robin a is micro-dwarf tomato with small cherry-sized fruits. This micro-dwarf will stay small if it is given enough sunlight. In my own experiments I find that the small plants will get 12 inches high grown indoors, but grown outside during the summer they will only grow to 7 inches at most. They are perfect for small spaces and children's gardens. Repot your tomato plants if the leaves start to fall off, which indicates the tomato plant has used up the nutrients in the soil.

Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/8 inch deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Or grow next to a sunny window. Plant tomatoes deep in the soil for a better root structure. Space 15 inches apart. Full sun.
