Squash 'Costata Romanesco' has green fruits with light green ribs. This is our favorite Zucchini for its firm texture as it does not get watery when cooked. The nutty fruits are often picked young with the flowers still on for grilling. This Italian heirloom has large, semi-vining plants. Also known as Romanesco.

Sow seeds in hills 1 inch deep after the last frost date.  Space hills 4–6 feet apart. Thinned to 2 plants per hill. Full sun.
